Kay Sykora updated the Manayunk Neighborhood Council on the progress of the Schuylkill Project. “We wanted to bring the community up to speed,” said Sykora, who is executive director of The Schuylkill Project. “Things are moving so quickly that not everyone knows what is happening.”
