Unveiling the "World on a Turtle"

Like its fabled cousin the tortoise, the turtle is making a slow but significant impact on the community. The mural, located on Ridge Ave and Connaroe St will finally have a grand reception.

On Oct. 22, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., there will be a dedication for the new mural “World on a Turtle.”

The mural was created by artist Dennis Haugh from the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program and funded by the Green Ridge Ventures and the City of Philadelphia.
